I love how each chapter begins with a worthy quote that makes you think.

This chapter gets deep into the fact that we are the way we are because that is how we were conditioned to be. We were passed on ways of thinking by our parents and their parents, etc. Only we can break the cycle and believe that we are worthy of more than what we believe. Then we must go for it!
